IPOH | Kerajaan Perak bersedia menerima  cadangan  untuk menaik taraf Taman Tasik Taiping termasuk Bukit Larut menjadi Taman Tasik DiRaja.

Menteri Besar Perak, Dato’ Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu berkata, cadangan itu akan disembah maklum terlebih dahulu kepada Sultan Perak, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah bagi mendapatkan perkenan baginda.

Beliau turut menzahirkan ucapan tahniah kepada pemuda DAPSY, AMANAH, PKR dan BERSATU yang sebelum ini bersungguh-sungguh mencadangkan kerajaan negeri menggazetkan kawasan Taman Tasik Taiping merangkumi Bukit Larut dinaik taraf sebagai Taman Tasik DiRaja bagi menjaga keindahan taman tersebut.

“Saya memikirkan perkara ini amat menarik … tahniah kepada anak-anak muda dari DAPSY, AMANAH, PKR dan BERSATU yang nak jaga kawasan ini.

“Ini selari dengan kebanggaan seluruh rakyat negeri Perak yang mana Taiping yang telah dinobatkan sebagai salah satu daripada tiga bandar paling terpelihara di dunia,” katanya kepada pemberita di Ipoh semalam.

Beliau memberi keyakinan bahawa kerajaan negeri akan memperhalusi cadangan tersebut dan akan disembah maklum kepada Sultan Perak.
