Kluster Teratai Rekod Jumlah Kes Tertinggi

KUALA LUMPUR | Kes positif koronavirus hari ini kekal mencatatkan empat angka (1,472) yang sebahagian besar daripadanya adalah daripada Kluster Teratai, menurut Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

Kluster Teratai merupakan kluster berkaitan kilang sarung tangan di Selangor

Bagaimanapun jumlah kes sembuh hari ini mengatasi kes positif baru iaitu sebanyak 1,552. 

“Kluster Teratai sahaja pada hari ini telah melaporkan sebanyak 778 kes (52.9 peratus) daripada keseluruhan jumlah kes harian untuk negara dan menyumbang kepada 87.3 peratus daripada kes harian yang dilaporkan di negeri Selangor (891 kes),” katanya dalam satu kenyataan hari ini. 

Beliau berkata secara keseluruhan dalam tempoh seminggu yang lepas, negara menunjukkan jumlah kes harian yang lebih stabil dengan sebahagian besar daripada kes kebelakangan ini berpunca dari tapak binaan dan kilang.

“Angka yang tinggi ini adalah susulan perluasan pengesanan kes secara aktif dan pengesanan kontak rapat yang dijalankan di lapangan,” katanya.
