Koronavirus: Malaysia Rekod Kes Positif Paling Rendah

PUTRAJAYA, 27 Mei  (Bernama) | Jumlah kes positif hari ini mencatat angka paling rendah dengan 15 kes sejak  Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) dilaksanakan mulai 18 Mac lepas dan kembali pada dua angka selepas dua hari berturut-turut mencatat kes tiga angka. 

Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata ini menjadikan jumlah kes positif COVID-19 di Malaysia sebanyak 7,619 kes dan jumlah kes aktif dengan kebolehjangkitan COVID-19 sebanyak 1,421 kes.

“Ingin dimaklumkan daripada 15 kes baharu yang dilaporkan, enam kes adalah kes import yang mendapat jangkitan di luar negara. Daripada sembilan kes penularan tempatan pula, empat kes adalah bukan warganegara Malaysia.

“…sebanyak lima kes adalah penularan tempatan dalam kalangan warganegara Malaysia,” katanya pada sidang media harian mengenai perkembangan COVID-19 di sini, hari ini.

Tiada kes kematian berkaitan COVID-19 dilaporkan hari ini menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes kematian kekal 115 kes, katanya.

Kes positif COVID-19 terendah direkodkan sebelum ini adalah sebanyak 16 kes pada 12 Mei lepas.

Dr Noor Hisham berkata setakat ini, Malaysia telah menyumbang kepada 0.14 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes positif COVID-19 seluruh dunia.

“Peningkatan kes positif COVID-19 yang dilaporkan sejak beberapa hari lepas adalah disebabkan oleh pengesanan kes-kes COVID-19 di beberapa Depoh Tahanan Imigresen (DTI) dan lain-lain kluster aktif yang melibatkan bukan warganegara Malaysia.

“Ini adalah susulan tindakan pendekatan tertumpu kerajaan dalam membendung penularan kes COVID-19,” katanya.

Beliau berkata penurunan kes penularan tempatan adalah selaras dengan unjuran KKM sebelum ini dan hasil tindakan kesihatan awam yang dilaksanakan sejak satu bulan lepas semasa pelaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) dan seterusnya Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB).
