Perak Jadikan Sistem Pengurusan Kesihatan Warga Emas Jepun Sebagai Model

Tokyo | Kerajaan negeri Perak hari ini mengorak langkah untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan kerajaan Jepun dalam sektor jagaan kesihatan warga emas ekoran peningkatan populasi warga berusia 60 tahun ke atas di negeri itu.

Delegasi yang diketuai Menteri Besar Perak, Dato’ Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu menemui Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Pejabat Polisi Penjagaan Kesihatan di bawah Sekretariat Kabinet Jepun, Koji Fujimoto.

Ahmad Faizal menyatakan kesediaan kerajaan negeri untuk menjadikan polisi penjagaan kesihatan negara Jepun yang terbaik di dunia sebagai model dalam sistem pengurusan penjagaan kesihatan warga emas di negeri Perak.

“Negeri Perak juga mengalami isu penuaan atau ‘aging population’ apabila menjelang tahun 202A, negeri Perak akan mencapaitahap’aged society’dengan L5 peratus daripada 2.4 juta populasi adalah berumur 60 dan ke atas. Kami ingin bersedia lebih awal untuk memastikan warga emas di negeri Perak mendapat penjagaan kesihatan yang berkualiti dengan menjadikan negara Jepun sebagai model.

Kerajaan negeri juga mengalu-alukan pengusaha-pengusaha pusat jagaan warga emas negara Jepun untuk meninjau potensi nrelebarkan operasi rnereka di negeri Ferak yang semakin popular sebagai lokasi persaraan,” katanya.

Sementara itu, Fujimoto berkata pihaknya berhasrat menlalinkan kerjasama dengan kerajaan Malaysia bagi mempromosikan Asia Health and Wellbelng lnitiative AHWlN (Initiatif Kesihatan dan Kesejahteraan Asia) dan Ahmad Faizal mencadangkan supaya ia dilangsungkan serentak dengan majlis Dialog Pangkor yang dijadualkan pada September depan.

Mengenai hasrat Ahmad Faizal untuk mernpelawa syarikat-syarikat dari.lepun untuk melabur di Perak, Fujirnoto berkata ini adalah masa terbalk kerana kebanyakan hospital swasta dan pusat penjagaan warga ernas sedang melebarkan operasi di luar negara.
