KUANTAN, 28 Jun 24 – Pos Malaysia Berhad (“Pos Malaysia”), penyedia perkhidmatan pos dan bungkusan nasional, kembali meneruskan perjalanan transformasi runcitnya dengan pelancaran kedai serbaneka Pos Shop terbaharu. Cawangan baharu itu, terletak di dalam Pejabat Pos Besar (GPO) di Jalan Abdul Aziz, Kuantan, Pahang. Ini menandakan Pos Shop ke-17 setakat ini.

Pos Malaysia kini mempunyai 17 lokasi Pos Shop di seluruh negara, dengan tiga di Pahang, tiga di Kuala Lumpur, dua di Selangor, dua di Perak, lima di Johor, satu di Melaka, dan satu di Negeri Sembilan.

Pos Shop di GPO Kuantan yang berkeluasan lebih 1,800 kaki persegi menawarkan penyelesaian sehenti untuk komuniti setempat, menggabungkan perkhidmatan pos dan bungkusan dengan ruang runcit yang selesa untuk keperluan harian. Pos Shop di Kuantan mempunyai Pos Kafe di mana pelanggan boleh menikmati pelbagai pilihan seperti secawan kopi segar, makanan ringan, dan minuman sambil menunggu bungkusan mereka atau sebelum pergi ke tempat kerja. Pelanggan juga boleh menikmati promosi pembukaan iaitu Beli-1-Percuma-1 eksklusif untuk Pos Sundaes, sementara stok masih ada.

Pelancaran Pos Shop ini sejajar dengan strategi keseluruhan Pos Malaysia untuk terus mengubah penawarannya dan berhubung dengan pelanggan di seluruh Malaysia dengan lebih baik.

Pos Malaysia berhasrat untuk membina kepercayaan dan meningkatkan kemudahan untuk menyepadukan perkhidmatan kurier dan logistiknya dengan memperkenalkan konsep runcit baharu yang menarik. Pos Malaysia telah menyasarkan untuk menambah 33 lagi cawangan Pos Shop untuk menjadikan jumlah keseluruhannya kepada 50 cawangan di seluruh negara menjelang akhir tahun 2024.

Langkah strategik ini menekankan komitmen Pos Malaysia untuk menyediakan kemudahan dan nilai yang lebih besar kepada komuniti di seluruh negara.
