Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna Perak (KPDNHEP) telah melakukan satu operasi khas yang dinamakan ‘Op Jeriji’ ke premis-premis kedai yang disyaki menjual pakaian menggunakan jenama popular Adidas dari 12 dan 13 Feb lalu.

Dalam operasi tersebut, pelbagai jenis pakaian yang menggunakan jenama Adidas yang disyaki tiruan telah disita. Nilai barangan yang disita dianggarkan sebanyak RM13,886.00.

Pihak KPDNHEP Perak telah mengambil tindakan menahan kesemua pemilik premis jualan barangan tiruan itu di bawah Akta Cap Dagang 2019.

Mereka dituduh di Mahkamah Sesyen Ipoh pada hari ini (14 Feb).

Kesemua empat tertuduh tidak mengaku salah dan memohon dibicarakan. Pihak mahkamah telah mengenakan wang jaminan antara RM8,000 hingga RM10,000 seorang bersama seorang penjamin.
