IPOH | Kesemua 59 Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Perak diberi masa selama tiga bulan untuk mengisi dan menghantar borang pengisytiharan harta masing-masing selepas Dewan Negeri meluluskan usul perisytiharan harta yang dibawa oleh ADUN Pasir Berdamar dalam mesyuarat ke-dua penggal ke-2. Dewan Negeri ke-14 pada 23 Julai yang lalu.

Menurut Speaker Dewan Undangan Negeri, Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham, akuan berkanun borang pengisytiharan harta ADUN telah dihantar kepada mereka secara pos (menggunakan kaedah Poslaju) pada 21 Ogos 2019 untuk dilengkapkan sebelum atau pada 23 Oktober depan. Mereka mempunyai tempoh tiga bulan bermula dari tarikh diposkan.

“ADUN perlu menghantar dua salinan kepada saya sebagai Yang Dipertua Dewan Negeri.

“Yang Dipertua Dewan Negeri akan menghantar satu salinan kepada Ketua Pesuruhjaya SPRM untuk tindakan selanjutnya,” katanya kepada pemberita di bilik Sidang Media Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan, di sini pada Jumaat.

Menurutnya lagi, maklumat isytihar harta kesemua ADUN akan dipaparkan untuk tempoh tiga bulan di dalam portal SPRM.

Jelasnya, beliau telah mengatur satu taklimat perisytiharan harta oleh SPRM untuk memudahkan semua ADUN mengisi maklumat pada borang perisytiharan harta pada 28 Ogos di Casuarima@Meru.   

Sehubungan itu beliau mengingatkan semua ADUN tidak kira dari kerajaan mahupun pembangkang agar mematuhi arahan perisytiharan harta demi memastikan semua wakil rakyat telus dan tidak terlibat dalam rasuah.
