IPOH (26 Feb) | Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Narkotik Perak (JSJN) merampas pelbagai dadah bernilai RM11.8 juta dan menahan 1,824 orang bagi kesalahan berkaitan dadah, dari 1 Jan hingga 24 Feb tahun ini.

Ketua JSJN Perak, ACP Lee King Chuan berkata dadah yang dirampas ialah syabu (90.4 kilogram), ketamin (11.2 kg), ekstasi (185,466 pil), Erimin 5 (648 pil) dan lima pil Yaba.

Dadah tradisional seperti ganja yang beratnya 498 gram, serta 5.6 kg heroin juga dirampas.

“Sebanyak 980 individu ditangkap kerana memiliki dadah, 411 untuk menyimpan dadah, manakala 400 diuji positif dadah dan 33 yang lain ditahan di bawah Akta Dadah Berbahaya (Langkah Pencegahan Khas),” katanya pada sidang akhbar di Ibu pejabat Kontinjen Polis Perak di sini hari ini.

Lee berkata polis juga merampas aset bernilai RM2.2 juta dalam tempoh yang sama.
