IPOH: Beberapa projek besar yang telahpun diluluskan oleh pentadbiran kerajaan terdahulu akan dikaji semula.

Menurut Menteri Besar Perak, YAB Ahmad Faizal Azumu, ini termasuk projek besar di Bagan Datuk yang bernilai lebih RM6 bilion. Beliau berkata, cuma projek-projek yang telah dimulakan melebihi daripada 20 peratus kerja berkemungkinan besar diteruskan.

“Makluman yang saya terima daripada kerajaan Persekutuan… beberapa projek besar yang telahpun diluluskan di negeri Perak akan dikaji semula.

“Contohnya projek besar yang diumumkan oleh pentadbiran terdahulu yang menelan belanja lebih RM6 bilion di Bagan Datuk sedang dikaji semula.

“Saya belum dapat maklumat lanjut berkenaan dengan perkara tersebut namun projek-projek selain itu saya juga tak dapat maklumat.

“Yang kita dapat tahu cuma projek-projek yang telah dimulakan melebihi daripada 20 peratus kerja berkemungkinan besar diteruskan,’’ katanya

Beliau berkata demikian kepada pemberita selepas menghadiri majlis Korban di Asrama Darul Salam di Ipoh pada Khamis.

Mengenai ibadah korban pada Aidil Adha, Ahmad Faizal berkata, ibadah itu pada kali ini dilaksanakan secara meriah di seluruh negeri Perak.

“Amalan ibadat korban pada hari raya ini dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lancar di Asrama Darul Salam…Jumlah (haiwan) korban meningkat iaitu sebanyak 14 ekor lembu, 2 ekor kerbau dan lapan ekor kambing,” katanya.
