IPOH: Timbalan Ketua Pesuruhjaya (Pencegahan) Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), Datuk Shamshun Baharin Mohd Jamil menegaskan semua anggota Kabinet dan pemimpin tertinggi Ahli Parlimen Pakatan Harapan (PH) wajib melengkapkan maklumat pengisytiharan harta mereka selepas 30 hari mengangkat sumpah Ikrar Bebas Rasuah (IBR).

Menurut beliau, Jawatankuasa Khas Kabinet Mengenai Anti-Rasuah yang baru ditubuhkan menetapkan supaya salinan maklumat pengisytiharan harta diberikan kepada SPRM.

“Pada masa dulu, pengisytiharan harta di peringkat Persekutuan cuma diberikan kepada Perdana Menteri sahaja dan kalau di peringkat negeri diberikan kepada Menteri Besar atau Ketua Menteri.

“Kini satu salinan perlu diberikan kepada SPRM dan kemudian memuatnaik maklumat tersebut di dalam portal SPRM,” katanya.

Datuk Shamshun berkata demikian kepada pemberita selepas majlis lafaz Ikrar Bebas Rasuah Anggota Dewan Undangan Negeri dan Ketua Jabatan Badan Berkanun negeri Perak yang diketuai Menteri Besar Perak YAB Ahmad Faizal Azumu di Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan, Ipoh pada Selasa.

Sementara itu, Ahmad Faizal berkata, semua pengurusan syarikat milik kerajaan negeri atau syarikat berkaitan kerajaan negeri akan turut diminta mengisytiharkan harta.
