IPOH | Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Pelancongan negeri Perak, Dato’ Nolee Ashilin Mohamed Radzi memberi peringatan tegas kepada semua pemain industri pelancongan agar memastikan tahap keselamatan pelancong dikawal rapi selepas tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) berakhir kelak.

“Pihak kerajaan akan memperketatkan lagi ciri-ciri keselamatan dan pencegahan Covid-19 berlandaskan tatacara pengendalian piawaian oleh Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) sebelum sektor pelancongan di negeri ini aktif semula.

“Kita mahu tahap keselamatan pelancong seratus peratus terjamin selepas krisis Covid-19 ini berakhir. Kesemua agensi dan pemain industri pelancongan diharuskan menjalani kursus pengurusan keselamatan dalam menentukan garis panduan yang selamat dan meyakinkan pelancong untuk melancong ke Perak”, katanya semasa sesi Live@Perak Online Tourism Symposium 2020 (POTS)

Program yang berlangsung selama satu jam di aplikasi dalam talian Webinar itu dianjurkan dengan kerjasama Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) dan Persatuan Pengusaha Pelancongan Bumiputera Perak (PPPBP).

Sesi itu dipengerusikan oleh Setiausaha PPPBP, Azian Arif. Turut hadir sama ialah Menteri Besar Perak Dato’ Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu dan Pengerusi PPPBP, Zamari Muhyi.

Ahmad Faizal turut berkata kerajaan negeri sentiasa mencari jalan bagaimana untuk menjana kembali kestabilan ekonomi negeri Perak.

“Bukan sahaja industri pelancongan terjejas disebabkan krisis Covid-19, malah semua industri menerima impak yang besar.

“Inilah masa terbaik bagi para pemain industri pelancongan untuk sama-sama berbincang bagi melahirkan idea-idea yang berkesan untuk dilaksanakan selepas krisis Covid-19 berakhir”, kata Ahmad Faizal.

Pada masa yang sama Nolee Ashilin turut menegaskan tiga fokos utama bagi memastikan kerjasama semua pihak mencapai matlamat iaitu:

  • Penjenamaan semula dan mengenal pasti semua produk pelancongan sedia ada.
  • ‘Inbound Travelling’ bagi meningkatkan pelancongan domestik.
  • Pengenalan pelancongan kesihatan.

Namun ini merupakan pelan jangka masa panjang pelancongan di Perak.

“Saya juga menekankan konsep food tourism secara ‘food delivery’ dalam platform digital harus mematuhi piawaian agar industri ini selamat untuk pengguna.

“Jika dahulu kita mensasarkan pelancong antarabangsa, kini kita akan lebih mensasarkan pelancong tempatan seperti keluarga dan para peniaga tempatan mengikut trend semasa.

“Kerajaan negeri mungkin akan mengambil masa selama tiga bulan bagi memperkasakan semula perkembangan industri pelancongan yang telah terjejas apabila selesai penularan wabak Covid-19 ini nanti, “katanya yang baru menjawat jawatan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Perumahan, Kerajaan Tempatan, Pengangkutan Awam dan Pelancongan Negeri Perak.
