Kerajaan Perak Akan Pastikan Semua Projek 2019 Dilaksana Ikut Kos Sebenar

Menteri Besar YAB Ahmad Faizal Dato’ Azumu hari ini mengumumkan semua projek yang akan dilaksanakan di bawah Bajet 2019 akan mengikut kos sebenar bagi memastikan wang rakyat dibelanjakan dengan berkhemah.

Beliau berkata semua projek yang dirancangkan untuk tahun hadapan akan dibuat secara teliti bagi memastikan ia tidak dilaksanakan pada “inflated cost” (kos terlalu tinggi).

Beliau berkata kerajaan negeri akan mencari kaedah untuk membawa lebih banyak lagi projek untuk kemudahan rakyat di Perak berdasarkan keutamaan pada harga yang sebenar. Katanya, sebagai kerajaan yang bertanggungjawab, pentadbiran baharu ini akan memastikan tiada pembaziran berlaku.

Ahmad Faizal berkata demikian selepas melawat tapak projek Jambatan Manong bernilai RM39.6 juta. Beliau memuji Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) kerana berjaya memastikan projek jambatan menyeberangi Sungai Perak yang terletak di Kampung Simpang Menglembu untuk menghubungkan Kampung Seberang Manong ke pekan Manong. Projek ini telah 44 peratus siap mengikut jadual dan dijangka siap sepenuhnya pada Oktober 2019.

Dengan siapnya jambatan ini kelak akan memudahkan rakyat khususnya penduduk di Manong tidak lagi perlu melalui bandar Kuala Kangsar.

YAB MB turut mengucapkan tahniah kepada JKR kerana berjaya memastikan projek RM28 juta menaiktaraf jalan Kuala Kangsar ke Manong Fasa II mencapai tahap 29 peratus, lebih cepat daripada jadual asal.

Menurutnya lagi, kerajaan negeri juga sedang memantau projek-projek lain yang sedang dilaksanakan di Perak untuk memastikan semua berjalan lancar tanpa melibatkan peningkatan kos.
