Kerajaan Tunai Janji Manifesto Lancar Kad Perak Prihatin Bantu Rakyat

IPOH: Kerajaan Pakatan Harapan (PH) menunaikan janji dalam manifestonya apabila melancarkan Kad Perak Prihatin bagi membantu golongan rakyat yang memerlukan bantuan.

Menteri Besar Perak, Dato’ Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu telah menyempurnakan majlis perasmian pelancaran Kad Prihatin Perak yang merangkumi kad makanan sebanyak RM80 sebulan dan kad kesihatan sebanyak RM300 kepada 17,000 penerima.

Katanya, walaupun keupayaan kewangan kerajaan negeri terhad, namun ia tidak menghalang kerajaan negeri daripada terus menyediakan bantuan kepada rakyat yang memerlukan.

Menurut Ahmad Faizal, mungkin masalah kekurangan akan timbul apabila kad tersebut digunakan, namun kerajaan negeri bertekad terus berkerja dengan gigih bagi mendapatkan pendapatan yang lebih untuk membantu meningkatkan nilai tersebut.

“Kerajaan negeri mahu mendaya-upayakan rakyat tetapi diharapkan dapat menyediakan nilai yang lebih tetapi buat masa ini RM80 dilihat kecil tetapi nilai tersebut sangat bermakna kepada golongan yang benar-benar memerlukan.

“Kerajaan negeri berpendirian untuk membantu mengikut kemampuan yang ada mengikut keperluan iaitu seramai 17,000 penerima setakat ini dan akan sentiasa mencari jalan untuk membantu melebihi nilai RM80 itu.’’ Katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian kepada pemberita selepas  merasmikan Majlis Pelancaran Kad Perak Prihatin di Dewan Bankuet, Bangunan Perak darul Ridzuan, Ipoh pada Rabu.

Sementara itu Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Pembangunan Sahsiah, Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Kebajikan Masyarakat, Wong May Ing berkata, kerajaan negeri menggalakkan penerima menggunakan kad tersebut untuk membeli barangan keperluan dan menghabiskan jumlah RM80 tesebut.

“Jika gagal untuk menghabiskan jumlah tersebut, maka nilai lebihan akan habis begitu sahaja dan ditambah lagi sebanyak RM80 untuk bulan berikutnya,” katanya.

Bagi kad kesihatan pula, katanya,  setiap keluarga akan dibekalkan satu kad untuk satu keluarga yang nilai maksimum adalah sebanyak RM50.
