Pakatan Harapan Perak telah berjaya mengumpukan sokongan dari 31 ADUN untuk menubuhkan kerajaan negeri selepas Pilihanraya ke-14 yang baru selesai beberapa hari lepas. Pengerusi Perhubungan Pakatan Harapan Perak, Faizal bin Dato’ Azumu telah mengadap Tuanku Sultan Nazrin pada tengahari ini dengan membawa bersama sokongan dari 31 ADUN berkenaan untuk membentuk kerajaan negeri yang baru menggantikan kerajaan sebelum ini yang dipimpin oleh Dato’ Seri Zambry Abdul Kadir.

Kemenangan di pihak Pakatan Harapan turut dirai oleh penyokong

Barisan Nasional sebelum ini telah mengeluarkan kenyataan bahawa mereka telah mendapat sokongan dari 30 wakil rakyat melengkapkan majoriti mudah untuk membentuk kerajaan negeri. Barian Nasional mempunyai 27 jumlah kerusi negeri yang dimenangi. Parti PAS pula hanya memperolehi 3 kerusi. Bagaimanapun, tidak dinyatakan siapa 3 orang wakil rakyat yang menyokong Barisan Nasional.
