Sidang DUN Perak Lulus Usul Mewajibkan Semua Adun Isytihar Harta

SIDANG DUN | Sidang Dewan Undangan Negeri Perak meluluskan usul mewajibkan semua Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri mengisytiharkan harta masing-masing.

Ia menjadikan Perak sebagai negeri pertama yang mengikuti jejak langkah di peringkat persekutuan apabila Dewan Negara meluluskan usul yang sama kepada semua anggota pentadbiran dan ahli Parlimen, semalam.

Adun (DAP-Pasir Berdamar), Terence Naidu ketika membentangkan usul itu berkata, pengisytiharan harta hendaklah dibuat oleh Adun termasuk isteri atau suami, anak dan pemegang amanah dalam Akuan Berkanun.

Menurut beliau, dalam tempoh tiga bulan daripada usul diluluskan, ia akan disalinkan kepada Ketua Pesuruhjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM).

Katanya,  senarai nama Adun yang telah mengisytiharkan harta mereka akan dipaparkan dalam portal tersebut selama tempoh tiga bulan daripada tarikh penerimaan Akuan Berkanun oleh SPRM.

Sementara itu semasa bercakap kepada pemberita di bilik media, Terence menzahirkan rasa gembira apabila usul yang dibawanya itu diluluskan DUN Perak.

“Ia menunjukkan kepada rakyat bahawa kerajaan hari ini komited untuk melakukan perubahan di Perak… Kami berharap agar dengan lulusnya usul ini, ia akan mengembalikan kegemilangan Perak,” katanya.

Adun Aulong, Nga Kor Ming pula turut menemplak pihak pembangkang yang tidak bersetuju dengan usul itu dan mendakwa mereka (pembangkang) cuba mengelirukan Dewan dan rakyat.
